At Finding The Warrior Within, I believe everyone has the inner strength to move through challenge and create meaningful change. Through trauma-informed, holistic wellbeing practices, I support people in reconnecting with themselves, building resilience, and moving toward greater stability and purpose.

I am currently completing a Diploma of Counselling and offer support grounded in lived experience, somatic healing, breathwork, mindfulness, and person-centred practice within my training, experience, and scope of practice.
