Time Line Therapy™ (TLT) is a powerful therapeutic technique that works with your unconscious mind to release negative emotions and limiting decisions from your past. Unlike traditional talk therapy, TLT addresses the root cause of issues rather than just managing symptoms.

Based on how we unconsciously store memories along an internal timeline, TLT allows us to revisit and reframe past experiences—releasing emotional charge and changing limiting beliefs that no longer serve you.
